European Sales Executive

THE JOB YOU’LL BE DOING

You will be responsible for managing and developing sales activities in Europe.  Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, dynamic and proactive with commercial acumen.

The Role:

- To build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- To organise sales strategies to achieve targets
- To proactively communicate product and service offerings to wholesale and consumer clients.
- To consistently close sales prospects
- To manage client’s accounts & develop good business relationships with key accounts
- To find new customers and identify business opportunities
- To improve the market knowledge and awareness
- To travel occasionally to meet clients and attend international events
- To operate as a Team Player
- To strive for excellence, motivating yourself and others to achieve high standards

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 2+ years of related experience in small and medium sized business Outside Sales
  • Bilingual - English, Italian, Spanish, French, German (other european languages will be considered)
  • A proven record of Small and Medium business prospect closing 
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies 
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Electronic cigarette industry experience and product knowledge a strong plus
  • Must be able to travel

Admin Assistant

 THE JOB YOU’LL BE DOING

You will be responsible for maintaining current office systems, inputing data in addition to assisting with managing e-mails and electronic filing. You will be working closely and supporting a Manager with all aspects of their daily tasks which will entail planning, organising and note taking for meetings, travel and events. Ideal candidates should be highly motivated, able to work in a team and able to deal with pressure!

The Role:

- Ability to work under pressure along with a strong work ethic
- Great attention to detail and organisation skills
- Customer focused, strives to deliver a high standard of service
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent administration and computer skills
- Sales experience would be advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated

EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 2+ years of related experience in administration
  • Five GSCE's or above (Maths and English)
  • Computer literate - Excel, Word, Database (Zoho CRM)

Area Manager (Retail)

THE JOB YOU’LL BE DOING

As an Area Manager, you will have overall responsibility for a number of stores, you will be responsible for staff and you will work closely with other senior managers at Le-Vap. This is an exciting opporyunity for a team player who is passionate about sales and can use their own initiative to attract new sales as well as keep existing ones. Successful candidates should be able to demonstrate their ability to exceed KPI's whilst delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role:

  • Setting sales targets
  • Maximising sales and profitability
  • Providing your team with a stimulating and supportive environment
  • Maintaining and increasing standards of customer service
  • Stay abreast of product changes and industry changes
  • Driving team performance
  • Controlling the training and development of your staff
  • Share knowledge of product and additional merchandise
  • Inventory, order, and replenish product items
EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 3+ years of related experience in store management (Branch managment, Department mangement etc.)
  • Level 4 Higher Professional Diploma in Retail Management or Degree in retail management, business or marketing
  • Computer literate - Excel, Word, Database (Zoho CRM)
